Apple Crumble

Ingredients
Apples
- 3 Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Crumble Topping
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Peel apples, then quarter and core them. Slice apples into 1/4″ thick slices. Toss with lemon juice and cinnamon to coat. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine all the topping ingredients and mash with a fork so that everything is totally incorporated.
- Spray 4 ramekins with Pam Original. Layer equal amounts of apples in each one.
- Top with the crumb topping, pressing gently on the top of each one.
- Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
